A listing does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Kala Vistar.

7. Products and Services

Users may display products or services through the platform where such features are available.

Users are solely responsible for:

Kala Vistar may remove listings that violate applicable law or platform policies.

Kala Vistar may help users discover businesses, products and services, but unless expressly stated otherwise, Kala Vistar is not a party to transactions between users.

• Customer satisfaction
• Refunds
• Professional outcomes

Any transaction between users is generally between the relevant parties unless Kala Vistar expressly provides a transaction service under separate terms.

Kala Vistar does not necessarily endorse opinions expressed in user reviews.

10. User-Generated Content

Users retain applicable rights in their content, subject to the rights granted to Kala Vistar under these Terms.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and use that content.

11. Content License

By submitting content to Kala Vistar, you grant Kala Vistar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, to the extent permitted by law, to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute and use that content for operating, improving, promoting and providing the platform and its services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property rights to Kala Vistar.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

12. Content Standards

A verification badge indicates completion of the applicable Kala Vistar verification process.

Verification is governed by the separate Verification Policy .

14. Membership and Paid Services

Kala Vistar may offer free and paid services, memberships, promotional packages, verification services or other commercial features.

Paid services may include:

• Featured listings
• Advertising
• Verification services
• Promotional packages
• Other platform services

The applicable price, duration, features and conditions will be communicated before purchase where applicable.

Kala Vistar may modify its pricing and service packages from time to time.

15. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Kala Vistar may not directly store complete payment card information where payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party payment provider.

Kala Vistar and related brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Kala Vistar may take appropriate action against prohibited activities.

Termination of an account does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
