Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Kala Vistar are non-refundable after successful payment, including payments for digital services, memberships, business listings, verification, advertising, promotional services, packages and subscriptions.

This includes cancellation due to change of mind, non-use or partial use of a service, verification rejection, or services that have already been activated, processed, published, scheduled or delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation may be requested before the relevant service is activated, processed, published, scheduled or delivered.

Once processing or service activation has started, cancellation will generally not be accepted.

For memberships or subscriptions, cancellation may prevent future renewal where applicable, but the current paid period will continue according to the applicable service terms.

3. GST & Taxes

All prices displayed or communicated by Kala Vistar are exclusive of applicable GST unless specifically stated otherwise.

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra.

4. Business Listing & Promotion

Business listings, featured listings, advertising and promotional services may involve activation, processing, publication or scheduling.

Customers should review all service details carefully before making payment.

5. Verification Services

Verification payment does not guarantee approval or issuance of a verification badge.

Verification requirements and approval are subject to Kala Vistar's Verification Policy.

6. Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellation may stop future renewal where applicable.

Access to the current membership period will be governed by the applicable membership terms.

7. Duplicate Payment

If a genuine duplicate payment occurs due to a payment-processing error, Kala Vistar may review the transaction and take appropriate action.
